We are seeking a dedicated and passionate LPN to join our team. This unique role combines the dynamic environment of the behavioral and long-term care sector with the critical care and compassion of nursing. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality healthcare services to our patients, ensuring their physical well-being.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide primary healthcare services to patients, including routine check-ups, emergency care, and health consultations.
2. Develop and implement health and wellness programs to promote a healthy lifestyle among patients.
3. Maintain accurate and confidential medical records for all patients.
4. Provide necessary training and education to patients about health and safety practices.
5. Coordinate with healthcare providers for specialized treatments and therapies.
6. Respond to emergencies promptly and efficiently, providing CPR/BLS when necessary.
7. Promote a supportive and caring environment to help patients maintain optimal mental and physical health.

Qualifications:

1. Current and valid license.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Strong understanding of health and safety regulations.
4. Ability to handle stressful situations with calmness and professionalism.
5. Experience in developing and implementing health and wellness programs.
6. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
7. Proficient in using healthcare software and technology.
8. Demonstrated ability to maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. Willingness to continually update knowledge and skills through professional development activities.
