Freedom Village at Brandywine is recruiting for a hospitality focused LPN to join our team. This position promotes wellness, emergency first aid, and education to our Independent Living residents. Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of an Independent Living LPN: Assists in maintaining a physical, social and psychological environment in the best interests of residents. Monitors residents who return to their condo from the hospital or skilled nursing. Monitors and assesses residents' health and wellbeing; counsels residents as needed. Assists in directing residents in obtaining additional services to maintain safety while living independently. Maintains open communication with community professionals to offer services to residents Adheres to infection control policies and procedures. Coordinates monthly health talks between community specialties and our residents Assists with weekly in-house lab service scheduling for residents Assists with monitoring residents at the hospital and skilled for scheduled discharge and ensuring proper services are offered Here are a few of the qualifications we need you to have: Current nursing license valid in the State of Pennsylvania Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community If you're an enthusiastic, compassionate, senior care professional who is passionate about hospitality and senior engagement- please apply, we'd love to get to know you.
