Job Description:

The biggest responsibility of a Clinical Nurse is to ensure their patients receive the right treatments and interventions to get the best possible outcomes from medical care. Clinical Nurse job duties may include:
Gathering patient information by conducting physical examinations and asking questions
Ordering necessary diagnostic tests, such as blood work or diagnostic imaging
Physical assessment of patients and document in EHR
Updating patient medical records and ensuring that medical information is accurate and kept private
Educating patients on plan of care
