Responsibilities of an LPN Baylor:
- Providing direct care for patients and residents in a skilled nursing, sub-acute care, and long-term care nursing center
- Administer medication, change wound dressings and care for other treatment options
- Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests

Qualifications for an LPN Baylor:
- Successful completion of a Practical or Vocational Nursing Program (LPN/LVN) required.
- Clear and active LPN licensure in the state of practice required.

Warner Robins, located at 1601 Elberta Road is a 120 beds skilled nursing center that offers in-patient residential care, short-term rehabilitation, and specialty services. Our property features private and semi-private rooms, landscaped grounds, 7-day per week admissions, and rehabilitation gym with 7 day per week therapy, and we accept a wide variety of insurance plans. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $26.00 - $29.00 per hour

Expected hours: 26.00 - 29.00 per week

Standard shift:
- Evening shift
Weekly schedule:
- Rotating weekends

License/Certification:
- LVN (Preferred)
- BLS Certification (Preferred)
- LPN (Preferred)

Ability to Commute:
- Warner Robins, GA 31093 (Preferred)

Ability to Relocate:
- Warner Robins, GA 31093: Relocate before starting work (Required)
