Job Details

In this role you will be responsible for lifecycle management for current robotics at customer sites. You will support the service and troubleshooting robotic systems. As part of the service and installation team, you are one of the primary people representing our company to the customer.

Is your background a fit? Apply if you meet this criteria:

• 3+ years of experience in mechanical and/or electrical field installations
• knowledge of of network IT hardware installations, not limited to PC, servers, UPS scanners and other IT hardware related items
• mechanical aptitude or prior experience working with skilled trades.
• Strong customer service skills
• basic computer skills
• Positive attitude and first-class customer service
• Willingness to travel nationally (sometimes requiring overnight stays)
• 75% Travel

Preferred: AGV, AMR, or other robotics experience
