Location: Sterling Heights, MI
Work Schedule: 1st Shift 7a - 7p, 2nd shift 7p - 7a
Job Scope:- Lead and supervise a team of unionized lot attendants in a safe and efficient manner.
- Oversee the logistics and movement of vehicles in and out of designated work bays, ensuring adherence to all safety protocols.
- Prioritize and delegate tasks to optimize workflow and meet deadlines.
- Conduct regular inspections of the lot to ensure cleanliness, organization, and security of vehicles.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with both employees and clients.
Job Requirements
Qualifications/Requirements:- Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a logistics or warehousing environment.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a unionized workforce.
- Strong understanding of safe work practices and adherence to all safety regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
