As a Loop Nutrition Advisor, your primary responsibilities will be focused on managing and guiding potential clients in their journey towards improved health and wellness. You will play a crucial role in ensuring a seamless experience for clients from their initial inquiry to their engagement with our services. Your expertise and professionalism will be essential in helping clients make informed decisions regarding their nutrition and wellness needs. Qualifications Responsibilities: Client Engagement: Handle all incoming leads and inquiries, including phone calls, emails, and online submissions, in a timely and courteous manner. Needs Assessment: Engage with prospective clients to gain a general understanding of their goals. Service Information: Provide detailed information about our Dietitian services, treatment options, and wellness programs, addressing client questions and alleviating their concerns. Appointment Scheduling: Efficiently schedule appointments, with a focus on free consultations, and coordinate availability between clients and Dietitians to ensure smooth scheduling. Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our team of Dietitians to ensure a seamless transition for clients, from the initial inquiry to their first appointment. Client Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up with clients to gauge their satisfaction with our services and address any further inquiries or concerns. Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with our services, treatments, and industry trends to provide well-informed guidance and support to potential clients. Promotion and Marketing: Contribute to the growth of Loop Nutrition by actively promoting our Dietitian services and participating in marketing initiatives as needed. Qualifications: Customer Service/Sales Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or sales role, ideally within a healthcare or wellness environment. Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with clients. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and empathetic approach. Organization: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to effectively manage multiple leads and appointments. Empathy: Display empathy and compassion towards individuals seeking health and wellness solutions. CRM Proficiency: Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software or scheduling systems is preferred. Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle occasional administrative tasks related to the role. Compensation: Base salary starting at $40k + based on experience PTO Medical benefits including dental and vision 401 K options
