Health System is seeking a BC/BE Family Medicine Physician for long term care role with family medicine practice in Grand Forks, ND.

- 1 Advanced Practice Provider
- Work closely with Advanced Practice Providers Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapists as well as other key professionals in evaluating and providing care to patients
- Duties include history and physical examinations, monthly rounding, and acute visits as necessary. Visits can be done both virtually and in-person.
- Sub-specialists are available for consults
