Cape Fox is seeking a proactive and highly-motivated Logistics Management Analyst to work in the office of Project Manager, Integrated Enterprise Networks (PM IEN) at Fort Belvoir, Virginia. A well-qualified candidate will be professional, organized, and adaptable, with experience working and communicating with senior military and civilian personnel. Close familiarity with and/or prior work experience in Army acquisition program offices is desired. Essential Functions: In this position, the candidate will provide support support in the field of logistics coordination. Logistics Management Analyst should be prepared to coordinate responses to PM-level logistics-related taskings, and be a subject matter expert in logistics management. Interpret, evaluate, coordinate and consolidate all logistics tasks/suspenses from external organizations for PM IEN Distribute and track completion of PM IENTask Management Tracking taskings or action items to be completed by program personnel Analyze, coordinate and report Item Unique Identification/Unit Identification requirements for PM IENcommunications systems, Life Cycle Sustainment Plan documents, and Core Depot Analysis documents throughout the life cycle; Evaluate Depot level and contractor warranty/maintenance support and make recommendations for optimization Analyze, coordinate and report Communications Security requirements for PM IEN communications systems Coordinate the development and implementation of COMSEC and logistics objectives, systems, programs and projects which cross functional lines Develop short and long range logistical plans in support of COMSEC Conduct and support the Army Information Systems Security Program requirements and execution for preparation of budget forms in support of the Future Years Defense Plan (FYDP) for HQDA in support of COMSEC Interpret Army Regulation (AR) 700-127, DODD 5000.01, DODI 4151.22, DODI 5000.02, DODI 5000.67, AR 710-1, AR 710-2, AR 710-2-1, DA PAM 710-2-1, DA PAM 710-2-2 and AR 735-5 and develop reports and courses of action for applicability to all PM DCATS products Conduct risk analysis for logistics support for PM IENprojects and report findings and recommendations Conduct PM IENIntegrated Product Team (IPT) briefings in support of delivering a defined product or process Subject Matter Expert capable of evaluating and troubleshooting auditable issues Logistics Modernization Program, Property Books Unit Supply Enhanced and Global Combat Support System-Army and other inventory tracking systems Conduct 100% inventory of Table of Distribution/office equipment and provide for/execute internal management control procedures for property accountability Assist Government lead with issuing of TDA/office equipment, scheduling of Information Technology support, to include mobile phone distribution, user coordination and tracking; distributing monthly use reports; aid in determining plan level needs and mobile device and refresh requirement needs; handling broken phones under warranty Travel Requirements 0 - 10% Salary Grade Job Requirements A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Technology or five (5) years of Management experience with projects of increasing size and difficulty At a minimum, possess Level I or Level II logistics certification Experience performing program office logistics administration work commensurate with the essential functions stated herein and with a large Army program office that has many projects nearing, or in, sustainment support and some projects that are new installations. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills Must present a professional appearance appropriate for interacting with senior-level officials Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint Ability to communicate professionally and effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must currently hold and be able to maintain a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location. Must have the authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986 Work is based in a busy office environment and subject to frequent interruptions. Normal work hours are Monday-Friday 8:00 to 5:00. Estimated travel is 0%.
