Pay Range: $22 - $25/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

Logistics Coordinator responsibilities. SAP Transactional - Excel Reporting - Communication within our teams and externally with our partners.

In this role, the incumbent will provide comprehensive support of a responsible nature to the Team.

You will demonstrate keen knowledge of internal business line policies.

Using your mid to advaned-level software skills, including outlook, sap, bi, Excel, and communication skills for internal / external team communication and correspondence.

Key job responsibilities: Sap transactional tasks, respond to incoming requests. Miscellaneous administrative duties/projects.

Experience in a consumer-packaged goods preferred.

Mid- Expert level proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Word required.

Excellent organizational and time management skills - ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects.

Excellent oral and written communication skills; the ability to work overtime may be required.

Create/update/revise documents, presentations, and/or reports. Manage warehouse tasks related to inbound / outbound shipping.

Manage warehouse invoice validation/exceptions.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

(Warehousing or logistics or procurement or shipping or warehouse) and (CRM or SAP or ERP) and ("power-BI" or powerBI or "power BI") and (PowerPoint or documentation or presentations or reports or reporting or invoice or marketing).

Experience in a consumer-packaged goods/marketing environment preferred.

Expert level proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word required.

Excellent organizational and time management skills - ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple projects.

Customer Service while working with our internal/external partners.

Excellent oral and written communication skills; the ability to work overtime as needed.
