Overview of the Logistics Coordinator:
- The Logistics Coordinator will perform customs clearance and tracking of shipment of units from Europe.
- Works with trucking company to deliver demo/sold units.
- Quotes pricing and availability of machines to Managers and Dealers.
- Works with District Managers and Dealers to resolve related issues.
- Assists with bid preparation for buy boards and municipalities.
- Conducts customer surveys to obtain marketing information about organization products and services.
- Enters new customer and product information into customer database.
- Prepares quotes, sales orders, machine sales invoicing, correspondence, and mail outs for retail sales.
- Files work orders, correspondence, truck bills, etc., as necessary.
- Ability to attend trade shows after training if wanted.
Preferred Qualifications of the Logistics Coordinator:
- Background in a detail-oriented job.
- VLOOKUP experience is a must.
- Ability to work onsite in Antioch M-F.
