We don't require logistics experience, though it is a plus. We are primarily looking for someone who excels at multitasking, prioritizing, and communication, and loves the chaos that can involve coordinating logistics.

What would I be doing?
- Set the daily appointment schedule for sales and mitigation team members
- Adjust schedules and appointments throughout the day as various needs arise
- Communicate urgently estimated times of arrivals with other team members
- Other duties may be assigned

- Able to thrive and excel in a fast-paced work environment
- Strong multi-tasking and task prioritization skills
- Able to communicate effectively under pressure (in a fast-paced environment)

- Organized and detailed
- Comfortable using technology and various software
What does compensation look like for the role? - Base salary ranging from $42,000 - $48,000
