EPS Corporation is currently seeking a Logistics Analyst to join our Information Management Solutions Division in our Lexington Park (Pax River), MD office. Performs various tasks related to the development, operation, evaluation, and improvement of weapon systems supportability and/or maintainability programs and information systems. Works on logistics and maintainability programs and with logistics and maintenance control organizations on issues such as: technical evaluation and identification of weapons systems logistics requirements and resources; development of logistics support and maintainability programs or plans; systems acquisition r equirements analysis; budgetary or financial analysis and control; life cycle cost analysis and control; weapons systems hardware and software standardization and compatibility; Integrated Logistics Support (ILS)/Reliability & Maintainability (R&M) program test and evaluation planning and execution; and, ILS/R&M program management analysis. Collects, compiles, analyzes, investigates, researches, or applies logistics, maintenance, acquisition, or financial data and information. Develops, modifies, prepares, or validates documentation in relation to automated logistics or maintenance data reporting systems, and management information systems. Additional responsibilities may include: Providing assistance with the review and evaluation of Engineering drawings and CATIA models for compliant data markings and consistency between drawings and Data Rights Assertion List (DRAL) Reviewing DRAL submittals for proper data rights assertions Conducting Top Down Breakdown (TDBD) for each system within top level weapons system for completeness of the data package Reviewing OEM CDRL submittals for Data Accession List and Drawing Access Reviewing contractual language for future requirements WRT drawings/models Supporting Intermediate and Depot maintenance stand-up WRT technical data rights Analyzing system design and contractual funding to support data rights challenges Supporting program configuration audit activities Requirements Minimum Educational Requirement: BS or BA degree is required. Working towards Professional Logistics Certification is preferred. ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: An additional four (4) years of experience working in direct support of Defense life-cycle logistics can be substituted for a BS or BA degree. Minimum Experience Requirement: At least six (6) years of experience in NAVAIR avionics life-cycle (acquisition) logistics is required.
