Must be a U.S. Citizen Required Clearance: Secret with ability to obtain Top Secret Education: Associate's Degree in Acquisition, Logistics Management, Management or Business. ALLOWABLE SUBSTITUTION: Two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the labor category description may be substituted for an Associate's Degree Experience: At least three (3) years' FTE experience in defense life-cycle acquisition logistics. Warehouse and receiving experience preferred. Functional Description: Provide organizational support to functional logistics personnel, to include coordination, activation, implementation, and structural integrity of planned initiatives and contractual evolutions. Plan Travel via Defense Travel System, support logistics and acquisition related tasks for the Logistics Team. Performs various tasks related to the development, operation, evaluation, and improvement of aircraft systems supportability and/or maintainability programs and information systems. Works on logistics and maintainability programs and with logistics and maintenance control organizations on issues such as: technical evaluation and identification of aircrafts systems logistics requirements and resources; development of logistics support and maintainability programs or plans; systems acquisition requirements analysis; budgetary or financial analysis and control; LCC analysis and control; aircrafts systems HW and SW standardization and compatibility; IPS/ R&M program T&E planning and execution; and, IPS/R&M program management analysis. Collects, compiles, analyzes, investigates, researches, or applies logistics, maintenance, acquisition, or financial data and information. Develops, modifies, prepares, or validates documentation in relation to automated logistics or maintenance data reporting systems, and management information systems. This position is in direct support to the Engines, Avionics, DMSMS and Supply Support Logistics Element Managers. Provides support for remote team meetings using the MS Teams, PowerPoint and related software. Communicate with team via email, Teams chat, phone, and in-person.
