Job Number 667704BR Description:-Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on a variety of topics and functions, including (but not limited to) conducting property scrub between: Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-A), (referred to as the Property Book Scrub); conduct property scrub between: GCSS-A & Technical Bulletin; Logistics Information Warehouse (LIW) and Integrated Logistics Analysis Program (ILAP) -Assist the S4 NCOIC or S4 in their absence. -Conduct equipment inspections necessary to ensure recoverable/nonexpendable equipment to major end items are on hand or otherwise accounted for IAW regulatory requirements. -Provide direct support to home station and deployed force on an as needed basis. -Attend GRP and BDE level meeting concerning all matters of logistics. -Prepare reports, maintain files, conduct briefings and act as team lead for logistics support functions associated with senior level logic functions. -Review existing automated system to determine feasibility for improvement. -Evaluate effectiveness of new systems/software, as required, provide testing input, and recommend changes/corrections to systems developer/higher headquarters. -Conduct extensive searches for information pertaining to complex and/or unusual supply transactions and patterns; determine reasons for patterns of transaction errors and failures; assemble retrieved information into different formats to meet different requirements; for example, status reports, unmet customer needs, and other similar areas; resolve issues or route to appropriate analyst with information setting forth research findings. -Use WEBTAADS/WEBLOG/WEBLIDB to download approved current and future authorization documents. -Reconcile authorization documents with property records and identify, initiate, and track all types of administrative changes required. -Review and validate monthly Unit Status Reports for accuracy. Notify property management section OIC/NCOIC of any corrective action required. -Assist in identifying excess property for redistribution through internal cross-leveling requirements and/or provide advice on turn-in disposition in direct support of All Army Excess Campaign. -Contact service personnel as directed in the event of computer hardware malfunction or failure. Monitor the work of contracted service personnel (who are conducting computer hardware servicing and repair) and perform necessary tests to verify problems are resolved correctly and timely. -Input screening requests to obtain logistics data on existing national stock numbers. -Investigate property inventory discrepancies by searching stock records and property documents. -Maintain and assist with various logistical reports to Higher Headquarters via internal direction control databases, spreadsheets, and reports in a variety of program application software. -Query DODAAC and UIC data to identify changes and submit required changes ensuring database compatibility with LOGSA. -Analyze operations statistical data and reports to ascertain functional trends, conformance to standards and directives, and efficiency of operations. -Assist with the planning and coordination of internal and external logistics support for the Group or Brigade. -Assist in establishing brigade logistics SOPs, Assist with Command Supply Discipline Program (CSDP), and Assist the Government with maintaining compliance with DoD, DA, and USASOC regulations, directives and policies. -Be responsible for Sources and tracks wartime Statement of Requirements in support of high priority missions. -Monitor all property accountability, supply operations, and Financial Liability Investigations of Property Loss (FLIPLs). -Determine organizational and higher command logistics asks and translate them into the proper S4 functional programs and structures to accomplish SOF Army missions. -Use knowledge of life cycle logistics to assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating for the Command and Subordinate units actions.
Basic Qualifications:
-Familiar with supporting conventional and unconventional warfare.
-Graduate of the Army 92Y MOS Advanced Noncommissioned Officer Course Producing School or other branch of service equivalent with a minimum of 2 years supervisory experience at senior Unit Supply level or equivalent supervisory level experience in the U.S. Army supply system.
-Ability to operate IBM compatible microcomputers and be proficient in the use of current version of Microsoft Windows, Office, Access, Excel and related programs without assistance. Should be able to provide guidance to other workers on operating the computer equipment and terminals.

-Ability to analyze the results of applying guidelines to difficult situations and recommend changes.
-Ability to utilize a thorough knowledge of supply regulations and policies, perform senior supply management functions and recommend problem-solving strategies with considerable independence. -Apply basic supply management principles and detailed knowledge of regulatory requirements pertaining to stock control, receipt, storage, issue, inventory, and accountability.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
