Certification Requirements: Board Certified with Fellowship
State License Requirements: Willing To License?: Yes but will give priority to active and inactive SC licensed candidates
Additional Certification Requirement : MQSA, Active DEA
EMR: Spic
Patient Population : Adult
Patient Per day : Up to 8 procedures per day, from 8:00a-1:00p
Responsibilities :
- Looking for providers that can read across several modalities, including general diagnostic, MSK, Neuro, and Body. A mix of any of these is acceptable.
