- Must have active state license
- BC or BE required
- Weekdays, Days, No call
- BLS needed
- 18 - 22 patients per day, adults only, will consider FM for adults only
- Standard primary care procedures
- Credentialing not needed
- DEA needed
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
