•   12 Patients Per Shift
•   5 OR Rooms
•   Facility will accept multiple providers
•   Skills Required:
•   General Anesthesia (Adult, Pediatric)
•   Spinal Anesthesia
•   Epidural Anesthesia
•   Obstetrical Cases
•   Ventilation management
•   Evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues
•   Central Line placement
•   Arterial Line placement
•   Call is for Unassigned Patients
•   20 Minutes Call Response Time Required
•   Board Certified - Required
•   Active WI License or IMLC Accepted
•   Trauma Level III
•   ACLS, BLS, PALS Required
•   EMR: Epic
