Locums - Boardman, Ohio, Radiation Oncologist Openings Clinical Role:

•  Coverage Dates:
•  Sept. 6,9,12,13,30
•  Oct. 28,29,30,31
•  Nov. 1, 4,5,6,7,8
•  Dec. 23,24,26,27
•  The provider will credential at 4 locations
•  Location needs would be PRN, as vacation/coverage needs emerge
•  Hours of operation: M-F 8a-5p (no call, no weekends)
•  Number of Physicians in Practice: 3
•  Other RadOncs will be present during coverage
•  1 APP during coverage
•  Outpatient coverage only
•  Average Number of Patients Per Day: 20-30 on treatment
•  Patient population: Adult
•  EMR: Epic
•  Required Procedures/Duties:
•  Conventional Radiotherapy
•  External Beam Radiation - IMRT
•  Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT)
•  Board Certified - Required
•  OH License - Preferred; willing to accept providers needing to obtain license
•  BLS/ACLS Certified - Required
•  Must be willing to cover locations as listed in job
•  Flu vaccine - Required
•  COVID Vaccine - Preferred
