Locums - Milford, Connecticut, Primary Care Opening

•  ASAP - 9/30/2024
•  Outpatient primary care clinic
•  3 departed providers in the practice and new provider not starting until September
•  Need clinic coverage to assist in seeing patients until new providers start
•  Hours: M-F 40 hour work week 4- 8 hours days, 1- 4 hour day
•  No call expected
•  Patients per day: 18-20
•  Support staff: One nurse/ 2 front desk/ in the process of hiring a MA
•  Ages and Types of patients: Adults age 18 and up. Wide range of comorbidities DM/HTN/CHF illness/injury etc
•  Appointment Types: Chronic and acute follow ups, physicals, TOCs, Pre ops
•  Appointments range in length 15/30 minute appointment types., occasional 45 minutes
