Locums - Indio, California, Pathology Opening Clinical Role:
•

•  Ongoing coverage for up to 6 weeks per year for vacation time for our pathologists
•  No Call coverage or weekend coverage
•  Inpatient Setting
•  No Admission Required
•  Hospital is Stroke Certified
•  Solo practice, grossing is required
•  Daily volume is 10-15 cases, heavy on the small GI biopsies. Notable GYN path
•  Approximately 1 cancer case per week
•  After hours call is very rare. Weekend call is nonexistent
•  Consulting pathologists are at the sister hospital about 45 min away with available courier service
•  Sister hospital offers regular tumors bords and breast pretreatment conferences for CME
•  Must have CA Fluoroscopy License
•  Board Certified Required
•  Active CA License Required
•  Trauma Level III
•  BLS Required
