Locums - Henderson, Kentucky, Emergency Medicine Job

•  Seeking a board certified or truly board eligible family medicine or emergency medicine physician
•  Site cannot accept internal medicine trained physicians, unfortunately
•  Needs June 2024-June 2025
•  Site prefers candidates who can cover 5-7 dates at a time (not required)
•  Shift options: 6a-3p, 8a-5p, 1p-10p, 4p-1a (10 hour shifts available, if desired)
•  Client is seeking providers who is flexible on shift options, as needed
•  Average number of patients per physician per day: 15-18/day; Average patients per hour: 2
•  Staffing Model: Single Physician coverage w/APP support 12 hours
•  Hospitalist admits patients with the specialist as a consult.
•  Number of ER rooms: 17
•  Number of hospital beds: 81
•  Annual Volume: 25,000
•  4-8 weeks timeline for credentialing
•  Clean background preferred, not required
•  Must have (or willing to obtain): ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS, and NIHSS
•  If you are ABEM certified, only NIHSS is required
•  EMR: EPIC
