•  Tues-Friday 7am-5pm beginning ASAP
•  Mandatory attendance at one of the following orientation sessions prior to start, no exceptions
•  May 14-15
•  June 11-12, 18-19, 25-26
•  July 9-10, 16-17, 23-24, 30-31
•  Aug 6-7, 13-14, 20-21, 27-28
•  Sept 10-11, 17-18
•  Oct 1-2, 15-16, 29-30
•  Nov 12-13
•  Dec 10-11
•  Shift start and end times: 7am-5pm, Tue-Fri
•  Setting: Ambulatory Clinic and outpatient hospital procedures
•  Duties: New and established patients, EGD and colonoscopy
•  FTE: flexible
•  Required Procedures: EGD Colonoscopy
•  Average of procedures/day 16-18
•  Locums do not have to perform ERCP or EUS
•  No Rounding required
•  Patient types: new and established
•  EMR: EPIC and Provation
•  Support Staff: 1 to 1
•  Reason for Coverage: provider FMLA
•  Board Certified/Board Eligible - Required
•  Active WA License - (will consider non-licensed)
•  ACLS, BLS, DEA Required
