Locums - Charleston, West Virginia, CRNA Openings
•   Clinical Role:

•   Start Date: July 2nd for med staff orientation.
•   Contract Length: December 31 (do not work holidays)
•   Shift Details: able to work 5-8's, 4-40's, 3-12's 7a-3p, 7a-5p, 7a-7p. No call shifts.
•   Willing to work weekends but not weekends only and will take someone who can do only 2-3 weeks a month each month
•   Schedule: once credentialed will get schedule from site depending on what confirmed for and when they go to Med staff orientation
•   Amount of Coverage Needed: 40 hours per week (2 full time due to one leaving and several pregnancies)
•   Patient Population/Age: All ages, inpatient, and outpatient
•   Department Description: 3 separate hospitals within 5 minutes of each other. Various
•   types of surgery - General, vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, IR, CDL, thoracic, peds, neuro, cardiac, endoscopy center
•   EMR: Cerner
•   Practice Setting: Hospital - Ambulatory Surgery Center:
•   Board Certification - WV
•   Active WV License Required
•   Certifications Required: ACLS, BLS, and PALS
•   Minimum Experience Required: 2 years.
