Locums - Burlington, Vermont, Interventional Radiologist Opening
•   Clinical Role:

•  Start Date; 8/1/2024
•  End Date: 1/31/2025
•  Breakdown of Clinic Days/Sessions and/or OR Days: Reading Images Monday - Friday, 8 hours per day
•  Call service overnight and weekends
•  Schedule of Days/Times Needed To Work: Prefer to have 24/7 coverage for the week
•  Must be within 30 minutes of work location
•  Description of Work Assignment and Procedures Provider is required to perform
•  Neurointerventional Radiology to include stroke service 24/7 while working
•  Cerebral angiography
•  Mechanical thrombectomy (for stroke)
•  Carotid artery stenting
•  Intracranial embolization for ruptured aneurysms, dural AV fistula, and AVMs
•  Middle meningeal artery embolization
•  Extracranial embolization for epistaxis, H&N tumor hemorrhage
•  Lumbar punctures, including for intrathecal chemotherapy
•  Myelograms
•  Spine biopsies, including fluoroscopic and CT guided
•  Neurointerventional Radiology Fellowship
•  Board Status Requirement (BC/BE): ABR Certified in Neuroradiology & Diagnostic Radiology
•  Certifications Required: Neuroradiology CAQ Certified and Acute Stroke Certification
•  Level 1 Trauma Center for Vermont and Northern Upstate New York, and a Comprehensive Stroke Center
•  EMR System:Epic
