• Shifts: 6:30a - 3p, 6:30a - 5p, 6:30a- 7p
• Job Setting: Both in and outpatient.
• Case types: CV-required, Neuro-required, Thoracic, Vascular, ENT, General, offsite anesthesia, No OB, No PEDS
• Types of Cases: all except pediatrics and transplants
• EMR: Epic
• Credentialing Timeframe: 60 Days
Requirements:
• Active unrestricted MN License
• Active CRNA, ACLS, & PALS certifications
• 2 year of experience
• Board Certified
• Must be able to provide at least 2 supervisory references.
