Location: Historic gem in Virginia. This city is known internationally as the premier center for the preservation and interpretation of American colonial history: The Colonial Williamsburg Foundation; and as the home of one of the nation's premier public universities: The College of William & Mary.
Facility: A private company that provides medical disability examination and evaluation services to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs.
Opportunity:
- ASAP - ongoing
- Willing to accept providers with sporadic availability - will be on an as-needed basis.
- Two (2) options listed above - Travel and perform exams at leased facility and/or schedule Veterans within your own practice (noted above what is allowed)
- Will bill per exam
- Initial PTSD exams, follow up PTSD exams, and other mental health exams
- DMA certification available (can get CME credits) will need to obtain once privileged if not already certified
- Own personal laptop (NO MACs)

- Evaluations to be completed in provider portal
- Record review is required in most cases
- No call.
- No weekend.
Compensation: - Initial PTSD Exam (includes times to complete exams, submit report, including any addendums, no OT)
- PTSD follow up and all other mental health exams (includes times to complete exams, submit report, including any addendums, no OT)
- One time bonus for completing all required training
- Mileage - IRS Standard Rate (for personal vehicles only)
