Licensure Credentials Required For The LPN licensed Practical Nurse: - Valid Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN License in state of practice
- 1 year of LVN experience within the last 2 years
- BLS (Basic Life Support) issued American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Covid Vaccination certification.
- Driving License.
