Requirements - Valid certification as a Nursing Assistant in the state of practice
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience as a CNA in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of nursing principles and practices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Physical stamina and ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
