Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing them with expert advice and solutions.
2. Utilize your knowledge of the nonprofit sector to help clients navigate through their challenges and achieve their goals.
3. Work closely with other team members to ensure that all client needs are met.
4. Organize and manage client information, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
5. Provide exceptional customer service, going above and beyond to ensure client satisfaction.
6. Assist with the handling and transportation of equipment, including wheelchairs.
7. Participate in team meetings and contribute to the development of strategies and processes.
8. Continuously update your knowledge of the nonprofit sector and customer service best practices.

Qualifications:

1. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.
2. Previous experience in the nonprofit sector is highly desirable.
3. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.
4. Strong knowledge of the nonprofit sector and its challenges.
5. Ability to work well in a team, contributing to a positive and collaborative environment.
6. Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
7. Experience with handling and transporting equipment, including wheelchairs.
8. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to provide practical and effective solutions.
9. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
10. A strong desire to improve the lives of others and make a positive impact.
