Job Summary
Tip of the Spear Psychotherapy Group, Is in search of a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to provide clinical supervision to six associates currently earning their hours. President of the Company will conduct 1- two hour group supervision friday mornings at 10-12pm. We need you to cover the other hours needed. WIth the potential to take over the group supervision with the right candidate.
Responsibilities - Conduct weekly supervision with six AMFTs in accordance with BBS regulations
- SIgn off on their supervision logs bi-weekly and provide copy to associate and Administrative Director via email.
- Train and mentor these very talented AMFTs
- Work collaboratively with our Clinical Director to address any areas of concern. Update Clinical director on progress monthly or as needed.
Qualifications - Licensed Marriage and family therapist, Licensed for at least least two years
- Current and unrestricted marriage and family therapy license
- Previous experience as a clinical supervisor perferred not mandatory
- Proof of necessary courses taken to supervise per CAMFT and BBS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized
