Home Health Aide Responsibilities: Live In - Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) - Provide home health care services in patients residences.
- Maintain client care records and document all services provided.
- Implement plan of care under the directive of a Registered Nurse.
Home Health Aide Skills: Live In - Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) - Proven working experience as home health aide.
- Proficiency in English.
- Home Health Aide Certification (CHHA).
