Job Details

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partner to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in litigation, first chair, discovery, trial experience. As a Partner, you will be responsible for leading and managing complex litigation matters, building and maintaining client relationships, and contributing to the growth and success of the firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage high-stakes, complex litigation matters from inception to resolution
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships
  • Build and maintain a book of business
  • Develop and implement case strategies
  • Conduct legal research and analysis
  • Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
  • Represent clients in court and at mediations and arbitrations
  • Provide legal advice and counsel to clients
  • Mentor and train junior attorneys
  • Participate in business development activities to grow the firm's client base

Qualifications:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school & active license to practice in Massachusetts
  • 8+ years of experience in litigation, first chair, discovery, trial experience, and a book of business preferred
  • Will be leading a team, so must have proven management experience and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Proven track record of success in business development
  • Ability to mentor and train junior attorneys
