Law firm is seeking a Litigation Paralegal to join their Los Angeles office.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble motion papers and exhibits, coordinate filings of pleadings and briefs
- Working on discovery, including preparing for deposition, propounding, and responding to written discovery and preparing for expert discovery
- Document review
- Trial/Arbitration preparation, including exhibit binders, and maintaining trial calendars/deadlines
Qualifications :
- At least 3-5 years of experience in law practice required
- Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification required
- Must have a thorough understanding of CA civil procedure, and state and federal filing practices
- Complex business civil litigation experience a plus
