Beacon Hill Staffing is working with a Plaintiff Litigation firm in Center City Philadelphia for an on-sight temp to perm Litigation Paralegal/Office Manager role. They are seeking an experienced legal professional who is well organized, independent and detail oriented. Qualified candidates must have at least 3+ years of law firm experience.
Responsibilities and Qualifications:
- Qualified candidates must have at least 3+ years of plaintiff litigation experience.
- Candidates must have at least one year of office management experience
- Candidates must have knowledge of the Philadelphia court system.
- Must have experience with Case Management Software
- Will work closely with attorneys, other support staff, firm departments, and directly with clients. Must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading skills for all drafting of documents and other correspondence.
- Experience with LexisNexis, Westlaw and Relativity preferred.
- Proficient with Windows based operating systems, including Microsoft 365
