Job Details:
We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Bilingual (Spanish/English) Permanent Litigation Paralegal to join our team. The successful candidate will be working closely with our attorneys to provide key litigation support in Personal Injury cases. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional to grow their career within a supportive and collaborative environment, while making a significant impact on the lives of our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive litigation support to our attorneys in all phases of the litigation process, from the inception of a case to its resolution.
  • Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery requests and responses, and other court-related documents.
  • Conduct legal research and fact-finding investigations, including client interviews, scene investigations, and document collection and review.
  • Assist with case management, including maintaining case files, scheduling appointments and court dates, tracking deadlines, and following up on case progress.
  • Act as a liaison between our attorneys, clients, courts, and other parties, ensuring effective and timely communication.
  • Provide interpretation and translation services in Spanish and English as needed, ensuring that our Spanish-speaking clients fully understand their legal situation and options.

Qualifications:
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, with a focus on Personal Injury Litigation.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English, with excellent written and oral communication skills in both languages.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Law, or a related field.
  • Strong time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and work effectively under pressure.
  • Excellent research and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using legal research tools and software, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • A strong commitment to client service, with the ability to empathize with clients and maintain strict confidentiality.
  • A professional and proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
