Our law firm is seeking a Litigation Docketing Clerk who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role involves managing a vast array of litigation deadlines, maintaining and updating our docket system, and ensuring the smooth running of our legal operations. The ideal candidate will have an extensive understanding of state and federal filings, e-filing, commercial litigation, and dispute resolution processes. This position requires a detail-oriented professional with exceptional organizational skills and a passion for the legal industry.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage and maintain our docketing system, ensuring accurate tracking of all litigation deadlines.
2. Oversee state and federal filings, including e-filings, and ensure all documents are submitted correctly and on time.
3. Coordinate with the managing clerk and legal team to keep them informed about upcoming deadlines and potential scheduling conflicts.
4. Handle commercial litigation and dispute resolution processes, ensuring all procedures are followed correctly.
5. Use eDockets, PACER, and other legal software to manage and track cases.
6. Prepare and file documents under seal, adhering to all necessary confidentiality protocols.
7. Stay updated on changes in filing rules, court procedures, and other regulations relevant to our practice.
8. Assist in the preparation of case timelines and calendars, ensuring all team members are informed of important dates and deadlines.

Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the legal industry, specifically in litigation docketing.
2. Extensive knowledge of state and federal filings, e-filing processes, and commercial litigation.
3. Proficiency in using legal software such as eDockets and PACER.
4. Exceptional organizational skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks simultaneously.
5. Strong knowledge of dispute resolution processes and procedures.
6. Experience in preparing and filing documents under seal.
7. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to keep team members informed about important deadlines and updates.
8. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks.
9. The ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
10. A degree in law, paralegal studies, or a related field is preferred.
