Job Details

Seeking a passionate and motivated mid-level litigator (2-5 years) to join the firm's thriving Toxic Tort, and General Liability & Casualty defense practice groups. Make a real impact from day one, managing cases from start to finish and collaborating with diverse teams. If you're eager to develop your skills, build client relationships, and excel in a fast-paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Proactively manage cases in state and federal courts, from intake to resolution
  • Draft compelling pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and research memos
  • Clearly communicate case updates and strategies to clients
  • Analyze cases, develop winning arguments, and propose effective solutions
  • Collaborate with expert witnesses, and team of partners and associates
  • Prepare witnesses, attend depositions, hearings, and mediations, and prepare for trial

Job Qualifications:
  • Admission to the Texas Bar, in good standing
  • 2-5 years of experience in state and federal courts
  • Toxic tort experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage caseload proactively from start to finish
