Job DetailsQualifications
- The ideal candidate will have experience in 3rd party insurance defense, as well as a strong background in insurance law
- A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
- Must be a member in good standing with the Florida Bar
- Must have a minimum of 1+ years of experience in defense litigation, particularly third-party insurance and PIP
- Proven experience in managing a large caseload effectively and efficiently
- Excellent research, analytical, problem-solving skills, and detail-oriented
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to handle and thrive in high-stress situations
- Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- A proven track record of dedication to excellent client service and outstanding results in insurance defense litigation
