Full time Litigation Attorney (Non-Partnership) - San Francisco, CA
We are looking for a full time Litigation Attorney to join our team in San Francisco, CA. The ideal candidate will have experience in Employment Law, Litigation, and Attorney.
The primary responsibilities of this position include:
- Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
- Negotiating settlements and representing clients in court
- Advising clients on their legal rights and options
- Working closely with other attorneys and staff members
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- At least 4 years of experience in Employment Law, Litigation, and Attorney
- Asbestos litigation experience
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
