Our prestigious law firm is seeking a dynamic and seasoned Litigation Attorney who is barred in Utah. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law, demonstrating a track record of success in representing clients and achieving favorable outcomes. Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive legal representation to a diverse client base with a focus on personal injury cases.
• Prepare and draft legal documents including pleadings, discovery, motions, briefs, contracts, and other legal materials.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to develop case strategies and provide legal advice.
• Represent clients in court, presenting evidence and arguments to achieve the best possible outcome.
• Negotiate settlements, mediate disputes, and advocate for clients' rights and interests.
• Manage all phases of litigation from investigation, pleadings, and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal.
• Maintain professional relationships with clients, opposing counsel, court personnel, and members of the legal community.
• Comply with all legal standards and regulations, maintaining the highest level of professional and ethical conduct.
• Continually update legal knowledge and skills through professional development and continuing education.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the Utah State Bar in good standing.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Litigation Attorney, with a focus on personal injury law.
• Proven ability to manage a heavy caseload and juggle multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong litigation skills, including experience with trials, hearings, depositions, and mediations.
• Excellent legal research, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Commitment to providing superior service to clients and fostering a positive work environment.
