Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Construction Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This position will focus on first-party property, multi-party construction cases, construction law, and construction defects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil litigation, particularly with complex cases. As a senior attorney, you will have the opportunity to handle high compensation cases and be a vital part of our team. The role will also involve drafting and negotiating construction agreements, pleadings, and other related documents.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead civil litigation cases, focusing on complex matters that require a high level of expertise and knowledge.
2. Act as a senior attorney, providing guidance and support to junior members of the team.
3. Handle high compensation cases, ensuring the best possible outcome for our clients.
4. Draft, negotiate, and review construction agreements, pleadings, and other related documents.
5. Provide legal advice on a range of construction matters, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
6. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
7. Keep up to date with changes in construction law, ensuring our team is always at the forefront of the industry.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 7+ years of experience as a Construction Attorney.
3. Proven experience in first-party property, multi-party construction cases, construction law, and construction defects.
4. Extensive experience in civil litigation, particularly with complex cases.
5. Proven ability to handle high compensation cases.
6. Excellent drafting skills, with experience in construction agreements and pleadings.
7. Strong leadership skills, with experience as a senior attorney.
8. Exceptional negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve disputes effectively.
9. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal matters clearly.
10. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound decisions.
11. Membership in good standing with a state bar association.
