Are you a seasoned attorney with a passion for advocating for those who have been injured due to the negligence of others? We are currently seeking a highly-skilled Permanent Litigation Attorney with a focus on Plaintiff's Personal Injury. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be a part of a dynamic and supportive team in the legal industry, where you will be able to make a significant impact in the lives of your clients. You will be responsible for handling a variety of personal injury cases from start to finish, including conducting investigations, drafting pleadings, conducting discovery, negotiating settlements, and representing clients at trial.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Litigation Attorney, your responsibilities will include:

1. Handling all aspects of the litigation process, from investigation, pleadings, and discovery to pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal.

2. Meeting with clients to learn about their injuries and how their lives have been affected.

3. Reviewing medical records, police reports, and other evidence to build strong cases for your clients.

4. Drafting and filing complaints and other court documents.

5. Conducting depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.

6. Negotiating with opposing counsel to reach settlements that are in the best interest of your clients.

7. Representing clients at trial, presenting evidence, and arguing on their behalf.

8. Keeping clients informed about the progress of their cases and answering their questions.

9. Maintaining confidentiality and exercising discretion and judgment in all interactions with clients.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you must have:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

2. Admission to the state bar.

3. At least 3 years of experience as an attorney, with a focus on plaintiff's personal injury litigation.

4. Proven track record of success in personal injury cases, including significant settlement and trial verdicts.

5. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts in a way that clients can understand.

6. Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to advocate for clients and reach favorable settlements.

7. Exceptional research and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and make sound legal arguments.

8. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.

9. Ability to manage a large caseload and work under pressure to meet deadlines.

10. Proficiency in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
