Job Details

We are seeking a well-qualified attorney with 8-10 years of trial experience to join our firm in Buffalo, New York. This is an in-house role which will have flexibility to work from home once the ideal candidate is established.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:

• Strong litigation skills
• Superior written and oral communication skills. (Will be writing appeals and substantiative complex motions)
• Outstanding analytical skills
• Comfortable billing 1800 hours
• A client-focused attitude
• Strong academic credentials
• Highly developed research skills
• The ability to handle multiple matters simultaneously coupled with a superior work ethic
• A team-oriented mindset
