Our esteemed law firm is seeking a dynamic and experienced Permanent Litigation Attorney specializing in Personal Injury to join our team. The individual will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload of personal injury claims, from the initial stages through discovery, settlement, and trial. This role demands a professional who is proficient in providing top-notch legal services to our clients, maintaining high ethical standards, and demonstrating a high degree of competence in Personal Injury law.

1. Manage all phases of personal injury and wrongful death litigation, from investigation and pleadings through pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal.

Job Details

1. Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the Maryland State Bar (MD Bar) and in good standing.
3. Minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Attorney.
4. Proven experience in the courtroom, with a strong ability to develop and implement litigation strategies.
5. Exceptional negotiation skills with a track record of successful settlements.
6. Proficient in legal research and writing.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
8. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases and assignments efficiently.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically.
10. Commitment to adhere to all legal standards and procedures.
