A bit about us:

We are seeking a litigation associate with 2-4 years of experience. Prior experience in construction or real property litigation is preferred. The candidate should have excellent written and oral advocacy skills, as well as experience conducting and defending depositions and drafting discovery and dispositive motions. Florida law license required.

Job Details

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. A minimum of 3 years of experience in construction law, with a focus on litigation.
3. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
4. Proven experience in handling complex construction litigation cases, including trial experience.
5. Exceptional legal research and writing skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents.
6. Strong advocacy skills, with the ability to present arguments effectively in court.
7. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and work effectively as part of a team.
8. A deep understanding of the legal issues that affect the construction industry, including contract law, tort law, and regulatory compliance.
9. Ability to manage a large caseload effectively, with strong organizational and time management skills.
10. High level of professional integrity and ethics, with a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
