We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Permanent Litigation Associate to join our dynamic legal team. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on complex litigation matters in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. The successful candidate will be a critical member of our team, providing legal advice, conducting research, preparing legal documents, and representing our clients in court. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires a commitment to excellence, a high degree of professionalism, and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities:

As a Permanent Litigation Associate, your duties will include:

1. Conducting extensive legal research and analysis on a wide range of topics related to litigation.
2. Drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
3. Participating in all phases of civil litigation, from initiation through appeal.
4. Representing clients in court, before administrative agencies, or in arbitration proceedings.
5. Collaborating with our team of attorneys to develop effective litigation strategies.
6. Negotiating settlements on behalf of our clients.
7. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends.
8. Providing clear, concise, and timely communication to clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
9. Managing multiple cases and projects simultaneously, while meeting strict deadlines.

Qualifications:

To be considered for the Permanent Litigation Associate position, you must possess the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. A minimum of 2 years of experience as a litigation attorney or associate litigation attorney.
4. Proven experience in drafting pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
5. Strong litigation skills, including experience in conducting legal research, developing litigation strategies, and representing clients in court.
6. Excellent negotiation skills.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
8. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
10. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
11. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, while meeting strict deadlines.
