The practice ranges from straightforward matters to sophisticated litigation involving commercial real estate, business counseling, employment counseling, financing, mergers and acquisitions and estate planning.

Job Details

Job Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of litigation experience, including discovery, depositions, and preparing dispositive motions.
• Employment Law experience preferred.
• Admission to practice law in New Jersey; New York admission is helpful.
• Federal or N.J. Appellate, Chancery, or Law Division clerkship experience is a plus.
• Outstanding academic credentials.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently.
