We are a fast-growing law firm seeking a dynamic and skilled Permanent Litigation Associate to join our team. As a key member of our Legal team, you will be at the forefront of high-profile cases, providing expert legal advice and representation to our clients. Responsibilities

As a Permanent Litigation Associate, your primary responsibilities will include:

1. Conducting comprehensive legal research and analysis to support case development and litigation strategy.
2. Drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents with precision and attention to detail.
3. Representing clients in court and effectively arguing cases before judges and juries.
4. Conducting and managing discovery, including taking and defending depositions.
5. Collaborating with other attorneys and legal staff to ensure the highest quality of legal services.
6. Providing sound legal advice to clients on a variety of commercial litigation matters.
7. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of laws, precedents, and procedures in the area of commercial litigation.

Qualifications

To be considered for the role of Permanent Litigation Associate, you must possess the following qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
2. Admission to the state bar and in good standing.
3. A minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial litigation.
4. Proven experience in legal research and writing, drafting pleadings, and drafting motions.
5. Experience with depositions and trial preparation.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex legal strategies to clients and colleagues in a clear and effective manner.
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and provide sound legal advice.
8. High ethical standards and professional integrity.
9. Ability to work effectively as part of a team, as well as independently.
10. Ability to manage multiple cases and projects, with a commitment to providing high-quality legal services to clients.
