Job Details

We are seeking three motivated and versatile Associate Attorneys with varying levels of experience, ranging from recent graduates to individuals with up to 5 years of practice. This position offers a unique opportunity for attorneys looking to specialize in insurance defense and gain valuable trial experience.

We will consider new grads that want to work in Insurance Defense
We will also consider anyone with up to 5 years experience that would like to learn Insurance Defense Litigation
We will also consider candidates with any type of litigation experience, such as, pre-litigation, personal injury, public defender's office, state attorney experience, or any other relevant area.

Responsibilities:

Insurance Defense Litigation: Handle a variety of insurance defense cases, primarily focusing on first-party property insurance for commercial and residential properties.

Pre-Litigation and Trial Preparation: Conduct thorough pre-litigation investigations, prepare legal documents, and assist in trial preparation to develop strong cases.

Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients, providing legal advice and updates on case developments.

Qualifications:

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Admitted to practice law in Florida
Litigation experience, ranging from new graduates to 5 years of practice.
Strong analytical and research skills.
